Privacy Policy
WorkMade Corp. (the Company), operator of Pastel Link Puzzle (the service), publishes this policy to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.
This policy applies to the Company’s websites, mobile websites and apps.
1. Information and purposes
The service currently has no registration, login or Company-operated analytics server. Puzzle progress, paths, latest times and ratings, hint balances and grants, ad counts and active play time, tutorial state, language and feedback settings are stored locally to provide gameplay and resume functions. They are not sent to a Company progress server. The app does not ask for your name, date of birth, address, contacts, photos or precise location permission.
2. Advertising SDK processing
We use Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (UMP). For ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention and privacy choices, Google SDKs may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, advertising and device identifiers, ad and app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and privacy choice signals. Processing depends on the OS, choices, SDK and ad settings. An app without its own server can still involve advertising SDK data processing.
3. Advertising privacy choices
In applicable regions, required consent or privacy choice forms are displayed according to Google UMP’s determination. We do not infer your region from the app language or force a consent form on every region. Where required, you can change choices through Advertising privacy settings in Settings. iOS tracking follows applicable system permissions and settings. Refusing ad consent or tracking permission does not prevent puzzle play, although available ads may change.
4. Support and public pages
When you email us, we process your email address and the information you supply to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Public documents are served through AWS S3 and CloudFront; page requests transmit connection information such as IP address and browser information. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts to public documents.
5. Processing grounds
Local information supports the game functions you request. Support information is used as necessary to handle your inquiry. Consent is used where required for advertising or tracking; other applicable grounds may include legitimate interests or legal obligations. You may withdraw applicable consent or object to processing.
6. External and international processing
Google handles advertising and consent, and AWS serves public pages. Their systems may process information in the United States and other countries. Advertising SDK information is transmitted when advertising or consent requests occur, for the items and purposes described above. Public-page connection information is transmitted with page requests. Provider retention and safeguards are described in the privacy resources below. The Company does not sell your game progress. You may manage ad choices in Settings or contact us about international processing; ad availability may be affected.
7. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until app data is deleted. The Android app currently excludes its data from system backup and device transfer. Actual iOS backup and deletion behavior may depend on OS settings. Support information is deleted without undue delay after its purpose is fulfilled, except where a dispute or legal obligation requires retention for that purpose and period. Retention of information processed directly by Google or AWS follows their policies and applicable settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection or portability, and complain to a competent supervisory authority. We cannot remotely read, restore or delete local records we do not hold. You can use app-data deletion and device settings, or contact the email below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
9. Children, young people and safeguards
Additional regional protections may apply to information about children and young people. Parents or guardians may contact us about privacy requests. We minimize unnecessary collection and apply appropriate safeguards such as access restrictions and secure communication. Please also protect your device, backups and shared-device access.
