Terms of Use
These terms govern Pastel Link Puzzle, operated by WorkMade Corp. (the Company).
1. The service
Pastel Link Puzzle is a game about connecting matching colored dots. It currently provides no account registration, login, paid purchases or cross-device progress synchronization. Please review these terms when using the service.
2. Progress and records
Progress, latest completion times, hints and settings are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app, changing devices, deleting data or data corruption can cause loss. The Company does not keep progress on an account server and cannot guarantee recovery or transfer.
3. Hints
Hints are an in-game assistance feature with no cash or property value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. Each hint connection applied consumes one hint, including use after a reset or undo. Hints are granted under the conditions described in the game.
4. Advertisements and rewards
The service includes banners, interstitials and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad grants two hints after you choose to watch and the ad SDK confirms the reward event, up to three times per day. Availability depends on ad supply, connectivity and device conditions. Incomplete, cancelled or failed ads do not grant rewards. Duplicate events do not grant duplicate rewards. Recovery can be limited by storage failure or forced app termination.
5. Acceptable use
Do not manipulate the service or advertising, automate fraudulent ad viewing, tamper with data, distribute unauthorized copies, infringe others’ rights or interfere with normal operation.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the software, designs and other materials belong to the Company or their respective owners. Unauthorized use is prohibited except as permitted by law and applicable licenses.
7. Changes and interruptions
The Company may modify or interrupt the service for fixes, security, improvements or unavoidable circumstances. Important changes to use conditions are announced in the app or on public pages. Any future paid products require separate terms and applicable procedures; these terms do not initiate a purchase.
8. Liability and your rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including responsibility for intentional or negligent conduct as applicable. Network or device failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect the service. Mandatory rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes and their effective date will be announced in the app or on public pages. Disputes are subject to applicable law and jurisdiction rules. Application of Korean law does not exclude mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
