WorkMade Corp. (the “Company”), which operates YAHO KEYCAP and Yaho Keycap MINI (the “Services”), complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information.
This Policy applies to the websites, mobile websites and apps provided by the Company.
1. Apps and operator
This policy covers YAHO KEYCAP (com.worksmade.yahokeycap, the “full game”) and Yaho Keycap MINI (com.worksmade.yahokeycapmini, “MINI”), provided by WorksMade Corp. Separate platform services, including Apps in Toss, are excluded.
2. Information stored on your device
You can play without an account or login. The apps do not ask you to enter personal details such as your name or contact information. Game records stay on your device. Google may process information to provide ads, and we receive information needed to reply if you email us.
- Full game: progress and records, coins, collected and equipped items, sound settings, ad counts and reward records, and state needed to run the app.
- MINI: sound settings and best progress/completion records. The current play session is discarded when the app process ends.
Stored information keeps your progress and settings. We do not provide device-to-device synchronization or remote access by the Company. The apps have no paid purchases or separate first-party analytics SDK.
3. Information processed for ads
We use Google AdMob and its consent management tool, UMP. The full game has banner, interstitial and rewarded ads; MINI has banner and interstitial ads. Google may collect and share the following for ad delivery, measurement and analytics, consent management, security and fraud prevention:
- IP address and approximate region inferred from it;
- app launches, ad impressions, taps, video views and similar interactions;
- errors, crashes, performance and other diagnostics; and
- advertising ID, app set ID and other identifiers, device, OS, app version, language and consent status.
Processing varies with region, device, consent and ad settings. MINI requests non-personalized ads and applies under-age-of-consent protection to all users; this does not eliminate all processing above. Any required ad consent is handled separately. Using the app alone does not constitute that consent.
During app use, Google LLC and its affiliates may receive this information over encrypted connections and process it in the United States and other countries where Google operates. Retention and deletion periods depend on Google’s policies and your settings. See the Google Privacy Policy for details and contact options, and Google’s ad data disclosure.
4. Inquiries and optional sharing
If you email us, we use your reply address, message and any attachments you choose to send to respond and resolve the issue. We delete them without undue delay once that purpose is fulfilled. Information that must be retained by law is kept separately for the required period and then deleted.
The full game’s share feature passes a game description, record and public page URL to an external app you choose. It does not use Company servers, and you can cancel before sending. Processing, storage locations and deletion after sharing follow that app’s policy. MINI has no share feature.
5. Deletion and privacy choices
Local records are removed when you clear app data or uninstall. We have no server copy to restore. Android app backup is disabled, although separate manufacturer or operating-system transfer behavior may vary.
You can reset or delete the advertising ID or change supported tracking permissions in device settings. Ad privacy choices are available in the full game’s settings and, when required, at the bottom of MINI’s screen. Choices may limit ads, but core gameplay remains available. For information held by Google or a sharing app, use that service’s settings or contact process.
If you live in a U.S. state with an applicable privacy law, you may have rights under that law to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. You can use the ad privacy choices screen if it appears in the app. If it does not appear, or you have a request about inquiry information held by the Company, contact us at the email address below. Information held by Google can be managed through Google’s privacy settings and procedures.
You may email us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of inquiry information you provided. We verify and handle requests under applicable law. You may also contact a privacy authority or dispute-resolution body in your country.
6. Children and safeguards
The apps are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information directly. MINI is intended for ages 13 and over and does not ask for a date of birth. Guardians may email us with concerns.
The apps do not request camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise-location permissions. We limit exposure through minimum permissions, the ad SDK’s encryption in transit, and reviews of dependencies and disclosures.
September 25, 2026 (1.2): Added information about ad privacy choices for users in certain U.S. states. This policy is available in Korean, English and Japanese. If interpretations differ, Korean controls where permitted by law. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
