These Terms of Service govern the use of the YAHO KEYCAP application and related services (the “Service”) provided by WorksMade Corp. (the “Company”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Where applicable law requires separate consent, the Company will follow the required procedure.
1. Service
YAHO KEYCAP is a single-player casual game in which users interact with keycaps, progress through Campaign stages, challenge their YAHO MODE records, and collect or equip keycaps and motifs using in-game coins.
The first public release does not provide registration, login, Company server storage, cross-device synchronization, paid purchases, or trading between users. The Company may change the supported devices, operating systems, stores, or scope of the Service based on operational needs.
2. Environment and third-party services
Parts of the Service depend on internet access, supported Android or iOS environments, Google Play, the App Store, Google AdMob, and other third-party platforms or SDKs. Features or ads may operate differently or become unavailable because of device performance, operating-system versions, network conditions, third-party policies, outages, or discontinued support.
3. Local data and recovery limits
Game progress, records, coins, owned or equipped items, settings, ad counters, and reward-processing records are generally stored in app data on the user’s device. The Company does not store them in a user account or on a Company server and does not provide a separate backup, synchronization, cross-device transfer, or operator recovery feature.
Data may be lost, reset, or adjusted because of app deletion, clearing app data, reinstallation, device reset, replacement or loss, operating-system or storage errors, data-schema changes, abnormal termination, device-time changes, or user modification. An operating system or device manufacturer may independently provide backup or transfer functions, but the Company does not control them or guarantee the result.
The Company is not required to restore or replace coins, items, ad rewards, records, or progress because of data loss, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including the Company’s intent or gross negligence.
4. In-game coins, items, and rewards
Coins, keycaps, motifs, collectibles, records, and other in-game entries are virtual items usable only within the Service. They are not cash, goods, securities, electronic money, or external currency. Users may not cash out, refund, transfer, sell, or claim property rights in them outside the Service.
To preserve fairness, correct errors, adjust balance, prevent abuse, or meet operational needs, the Company may change free coins, items, rewards, prices, or acquisition conditions and may revoke or adjust entries obtained through errors, duplicate grants, modification, or other improper means.
The Service currently has no paid purchases. Before adding paid products, the Company will update the applicable terms, refund policy, and privacy disclosures.
5. Advertising
The Service may provide bottom banner ads, interstitial ads during transitions from game results, and user-initiated rewarded ads. Availability, content, duration, and ad delivery may vary by network, advertising provider, and region.
A rewarded-ad benefit is granted only when the completion signal specified by the Company is successfully verified. No reward may be granted if an ad is closed early or if loading, display, or completion signaling fails. In the first public release, reward records are stored only on the device, and recovery is not guaranteed after reinstallation, data deletion, device changes, time manipulation, or other abnormal states.
6. Sharing
Users may send a game introduction or their best record through the device’s sharing function to an external app they select. Users are responsible for confirming the recipient and content before sharing. Storage, publication, deletion, and personal-data handling after transmission are governed by the selected app’s terms and policies. The Company does not control the selected app or the consequences of sharing.
7. Prohibited conduct
- reverse engineer or modify the app, ads, rewards, or saved data, or control them with automated tools;
- exploit errors, device-time changes, duplicate requests, or abnormal environments to obtain coins, items, or rewards improperly;
- interfere with the security, stability, normal operation, or other users’ use of the Service;
- infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of the Company or any third party; or
- use the Service in violation of law or public order.
If prohibited conduct is identified, the Company may adjust related local state, take legally required action, or restrict use of the Service.
8. Changes and suspension
To the extent permitted by law, the Company may change functions, content, rewards, prices, balance, ad formats, supported operating systems, or screen composition with notice before or after the change. The Company may immediately restrict or suspend all or part of the Service for security incidents, critical errors, third-party platform requirements, force majeure, or urgent operational needs.
The Company may discontinue all or part of a free Service for operational or business reasons. Unless required by law, the Company does not provide cash compensation for free virtual items or lost opportunities to use the Service.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Company will use reasonable efforts to provide a stable Service but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or identical behavior on every device.
The Company is not responsible, absent fault on its part, for loss caused by the user’s device, network, settings, data management or breach of these Terms; acts, outages or policy changes of third parties; force majeure, communications failures or security attacks; or user modification and unofficial tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for special, indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or lost-opportunity damages. Where the Company is liable, damages are limited to ordinary and direct loss. This Section does not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any user right that cannot be limited by applicable law.
10. Ending use
Users may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. Because there is no account, no separate account-closure request is required. Locally stored data can be deleted by uninstalling the app or using the operating system’s clear-app-data function.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Company may revise these Terms because of changes to features, operating policy, law, or third-party services. Material changes will be announced in an understandable manner in the app or on the public page before they take effect. Changes required for legal compliance, security, or urgent error correction may be announced promptly after they take effect.
Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a separate consent procedure.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act and other applicable laws. Mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Contact
14. Language
These Terms are provided in Korean and English. If the versions differ, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights in the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.
