Terms of Use
These Terms govern the Pastel Zip Puzzle application and related services (the “Service”) provided by WorkMade Corp. (the “Company”). These Terms apply when you use the Service. Any separate consent required by applicable law will follow the relevant procedure.
1. The game and local progress
Pastel Zip Puzzle visits every cell once while passing numbered cells in order. There is no app registration, login or Company-operated progress synchronization. Progress, records, hints and preferences are stored locally. Android automatic backup is disabled. Recovery or transfer after uninstalling, data damage or changing devices is not guaranteed.
2. Audience and requirements
The Service is intended for ages 13 and older. Obtain a parent or legal guardian’s consent to use or purchase where required by the laws of your residence. Features depend on supported devices, operating systems and network availability. A content rating is distinct from the intended audience.
3. Hints and free rewards
Hints are in-app help items without cash or transferable value and are not sold. Applying a hint uses one hint; undo does not refund it. A completed rewarded ad grants two hints, up to three times per day. Attendance and other free grants follow the app’s displayed conditions.
4. Advertising and rewards
The Service includes banners, interstitials and optional rewarded ads. Supply, connection or device conditions may prevent an ad from loading or completing. Rewards require the SDK’s earned signal and a successful local save. Early closure, failures or duplicate signals do not grant extra rewards. Daily limits use the device’s local date; remaining opportunities appear in the app.
5. Purchases, restoration and refunds
Interstitial removal is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Banners and optional rewarded ads remain. Purchases are currently offered through Google Play; iOS purchasing is not enabled. The store displays the applicable price, tax and conditions before purchase. Restore purchases with the same Google Play account. Game progress and hints are not restored by restoring purchases. Pending or failed payments do not grant ownership. Cancellations and refunds follow Google Play procedures and applicable law. Verified refunds or revocations withdraw the entitlement. Network outages or offline use may delay confirmation. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. External services
Distribution, billing, advertising, public documents and email depend on Google Play, Google AdMob and external browsers or email services. Opening public links and sending support emails are your choices; the Company does not send messages automatically on your behalf. When you choose Share, the app passes its name, an invitation and the public landing URL in your language to the operating system share sheet. You choose the recipient and whether to send; the Company does not send messages automatically. Game progress, hints and purchase information are not included. Unsupported web environments may copy the public link and invitation at your request.
7. Acceptable use
Do not copy or distribute without permission, infringe rights, disrupt the Service, generate fraudulent ad views or clicks, exploit vulnerabilities, or manipulate billing, ad, reward or saved data fraudulently.
8. Intellectual property
Software, designs and content belong to the Company or their respective owners. Copying and distribution require permission except as allowed by applicable law or individual licenses.
9. Changes, availability and responsibility
The Company may change or suspend the Service for fixes, security, improvements or unavoidable reasons. Material changes will be announced in the app or public pages. Nothing excludes responsibility imposed by law, including for intent or negligence, or limits mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We will announce effective dates and material changes in the app or public pages and retain dated versions. Applicable laws and jurisdiction rules govern disputes. Any legally required consent or notice process will be followed.
